Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bartow, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work shall include two (2) phases of Bidding, Lump Sum Bid: Flute Fill insulation with single ply membrane or Silicone Coating (Alt.) Main Warehouse roof will have an Alternate Bid of Gaco Roof Coating on properly prepared and Primed Deck as specified. *All existing skylight units shall be removed and solid decked regardless of system. A Primary Bid is to be submitted to remove all fiberglass skylights, repair deck and provide a JM Flute Fill Roof Assembly, using EPS Fill Board, 1/4" SecureRock and 60mil TPO-RhinoBond method. (Warehouse). Office Roof: 30 SQS, Warehouse: 325 SQS All panels shall be re-attached prior to new roof or coating installation by contractor. The City of Bartow reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part and to accept or reject any items in the bid and waive any informality.
