The project is located at 7600 272 nd St. NW, Stanwood, WA 98292. The project includes construction of a new building to house Lincoln Hill High School, Lincoln Academy, and Saratoga School, abatement and demolition of the old building, new parking lots, utilities and associated site work. The Base Bid estimate for this work is $18,000,000.00. All interested parties are invited to attend. An abstract of the Base Bids and Alternate Bids, if any, will be made available to Bidders, upon request. Bids received after the specified time will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of Bidders to deliver their bid to the designated place at the designated time and on the forms provided in the Project Manual. Oral, telephonic, faxed or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. General Contractors and subcontractors may obtain one (1) set upon the deposit of a check in the amount of $200.00, made payable to Stanwood-Camano School District. Costs of delivery or shipping for both full sets and partial sets are additional and are to be paid directly to ARC and are not refundable. Bid Security, in an amount of 5% of the Bid, must accompany each bid, and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total base bid, made payable to the Stanwood-Camano School District. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for bid opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 calendar days. The Board of Directors of the Stanwood-Camano School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
