The intent of this specification is to obtain pricing for and select a Vendor to provide Rip Rap, Class 2 with Granite to the Department of Transportation, Carteret County Maintenance on an as needed basis. This is an Agency Specific Term Contract. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. Submit Written Questions Vendor feb 25 @ 2:00pm ET Written questions shall be e-mailed to ncedwards1@ncdot.gov by the date and time specified. Vendors will enter IFB # 54-NE-11880966 - Questions as the subject for the email. Provide Responses to Questions State feb 25@ 2:00pm ET Contracts will be awarded in accordance with G.S. 143-52 and the evaluation criteria set out in this solicitation. Prospective Vendors shall not be discriminated against on the basis of any prohibited grounds as defined by Federal and State law. The Contract shall have an initial term of six (6) months, beginning on the date of contract award (the "Effective Date"). In addition, the State reserves the right to extend a contract term for a period of up to 180 days in 90-day-orless increments.
