Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Tooele, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Trades include: Project Description: Construction of a new 245 square foot, single story CMU restroom building. Trades Include: Earthwork, Utilities, Rebar, Concrete, Masonry with Anti Graffiti Coating- CMU, Wood Trusses. Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Standing Seam Metal Roof & Accessories, HM Doors & Hardware, Drywall, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Plumbing, Electrical. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
