There will not be a pre-bid conference. The work generally consists of: 1. Schedule 1: Outdoor Swimming Pool Improvements a. Base Bid: Construction of below-grade "L" Shape Lap & Leisure Pool and Reinforced Pool Deck, including concrete pool structures and finishes, cast-in-place reinforced pool deck, pool pumps, filter systems, inlets, outlets, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's), chemical treatment systems, piping, perimeter overflow system, pool deck accessories, safety and maintenance equipment, weeping tile system and connect site well to existing output. (Demolition and removal of existing 25-Yard outdoor swimming pool, including existing decks, filtration system, piping, appurtenances, and deck equipment will be performed by Owner.) 2. Alternate #1: Price Adjustment for Shotcrete Construction of Swimming Pool Shell a. If a bid for this Alternate is submitted by the Contractor and selected by the Owner, the pricing for this Alternate will be used for payment for the construction of the Shotcrete Below-Grade "L" Shape Reinforced Concrete Lap & Leisure Pool including price adjustments for Cast-in-Place Below-Grade "L" Shape Reinforced Concrete Lap & Leisure Pool. 3. Alternate #2: Price Adjustment for Two Inch (2") Deck to Water Stainless Steel Perimeter Gutter System with Integral Surge Weirs and Pool Piping a. If a bid for this Alternate is submitted by the Contractor and selected by the Owner, the pricing for this Alternate will be used for payment for the construction of the Stainless Steel Perimeter Gutter System and Pool Piping including price adjustments for Reinforced Concrete Surge Tank and Perimeter Gutter and Pool Piping. 4. Alternate #3: Price Adjustment for Rapid Sand Filtration System a.If a bid for this Alternate is submitted by the Contractor and selected by the Owner, the pricing for this Alternate will be used for payment for the construction of the High Rate Sand Filtration System including price adjustments for Regenerative Filtration System. 5. Additive Alternate #4: Separate Pricing Options (Extras) a. If a bid for this Additive Alternate is submitted by the Contractor and selected by the Owner, the pricing for this Alternate will be used for payment. Each bid item may be selected separately by the Owner. 6. Qualifications: To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, at the time of the bid opening the Bidder shall submit a list of referrals (projects) for similar projects, including a minimum of four (4) projects. If requested by Owner, within five (5) Calendar days, the Bidder shall submit a completed Bidder Qualifications Questionnaire, provided and/or additional information, such as (but not limited to) financial data, previous experience in performing comparable work, present commitments, and other such data as may be called for in these Specifications.
