Renovation of a municipal facility in Double Springs, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Town of Double Springs, Town Hall, Double Springs, AL and at the office of Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc., in Vernon, AL. Work covers renovations of an existing steel building in Double Springs. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of all existing metal from walls and roof, demolition doors, replacemetal on walls and roof and replace doors along with miscellaneous structural renovations. All bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by the Engineer. The Bidders name and address shall appear on the outside of the sealed bid and; the Bidders General Contractors License shall be listed on the outside of the sealed bid. The Owner reserves the right to wave any informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. *Contractors must acquire bid documents from Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood in order to bid.
