Site work for a civil project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.
The work includes Digester Pipe Replacement - Theresa Street WW Facility. Contact : Robert Walla, rwalla@lincoln.ne.gov 1 (402) 441-8309 Fax 1 (402) 441-6513. Installation of approximately 650 feet of digester feed piping consisting of new 10-inch diameter HDPE piping.Contractor may install the piping using either open trench construction or directional boring.Existing digester feed pipe is to be abandoned in place. Contractor shall cap the ends of the existing pipe. Excavation, shoring and backfill of pipe trench and/or boring pits.Replacement of existing concrete sidewalks / pavement as necessary for pipe installation. Pothole excavation for location of existing utility line crossings. Final route to be coordinated with Owner and Engineer.Furnish and install MJ adapter fittings at connections between new HDPE pipe and existing ductile iron pipe. Provide hydrostatic pressure testing of entire digester feed pipeline, including new HDPE pipe and existing DIP, from building A16 to building A5.
