Reference number : 1241209 Repair of bridge P-09878 on route 141, above Autoroute 10, in the city of Magog, MRC Memphrémagog, electoral district of Orford. The estimated amount of the contract is between $ 1,000,000 and $ 4,999,999.99. Expected duration of the contract: Less than a year Limitations: - The Contractor awarded the construction contract and its affiliates will be ineligible for any subsequent call for tenders for the award of monitoring and soil and material engineering contracts for all or part of the project. - The Contractor and its affiliates will not be able to act as subcontractors, direct or not, of the companies with which the Minister will conclude the contracts of surveillance and engineering of the grounds and materials bearing in whole or in part on the project concerned. - In the case of a construction contract awarded to a group of companies, these limitations also apply to each of the constituent parts and their respective affiliates. To an extent that the overall project is divided into different sectors, blocks, phases, rings, etc., each of these areas is treated as a separate project in question for the purposes of this limitation clause and clauses eligibility in the Instructions to Entrepreneurs. This contract can not be awarded to a contractor unless he provides, at the latest at the signing of the contract, an ISO registration certificate in accordance with the ISO Quality Management System (or a certificate of certification), issued by a Registrar accredited by the Standards Council of Canada or an accreditation body recognized by the Standards Council of Canada. Bid guarantee required: - 10% of the amount of the tender (bond) OR - 5% of the bid amount (certified or certified check, money order, draft or irrevocable letter of guarantee) A bidder submitting an electronic bid may only submit a bid security in the form of a bond.
