Estimated Project Value: $1.5 - $2 million Program Work shall be limited to rehabilitation and renovation construction contracts solicited and awarded by the Corporation (or its Construction Manager, where applicable) after the effective date of this Agreement with respect to rehabilitation and renovation work performed at buildings owned by either the Corporation or the City of New York if, in the latter case, the buildings are under the jurisdiction of the Corporation. Program Work shall also include flood mitigation site improvements at Corporation-owned or City-Owned properties if, in the latter case, the buildings are under the jurisdiction of the Corporation. Subject to the foregoing, and the exclusions below, such Program Work shall mean any and all contracts that predominantly involve the renovation, repair, alteration, rehabilitation or expansion of an existing Corporation-owned building or structure within the five boroughs of New York City or a City-owned building or structure within the five boroughs of New York City if, in the latter case, the buildings or structures are under the= jurisdiction of the Corporation. Examples of Program Work include, but are not limited to, the renovation, repair, alteration and rehabilitation of an existing temporary or permanent structure, or an expansion of above ground structures located in the City on a Corporation-owned building or a City-owned building if, in the latter case, the building is under the jurisdiction of the Corporation.
