Cost Estimate: $75,000-125,0000; The Work under this contract includes curb, sidewalk, asphalt pavement, rectangular rapid flashing beacon system, striping, landscaping, and other appurtenant work. Bidders may obtain the bid documents by registering on the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) website and downloading them. Prospective bidders are solely responsible for checking ORPIN to determine whether or not any Addenda have been issued. Bid documents will not be mailed to prospective bidders. No pre-Bid Conference is schedule for this project. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished to the bidders. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked "Bid on Commercial Street SE at Royvonne Avenue SE Pedestrian Safety Crossing-Bid No. 189161" and show the name and business address of the bidder. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Salem ("City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
