Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of the Cherry Point Equalization Tank Replacement CIP-2196. The Project will be bid in one Division and consists of the following major elements. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s). Cherry Point Equalization Tank Replacement: The replacement of an existing 2.2 million gallon influent equalization tank with a new 2.2 million gallon wrapped prestressed concrete equalization tank. Construction will include demolition of the existing equalization tank, installation of a jet aeration system, field instrumentation, sitework and piping, painting, erosion control, access platforms with water cannons, and other associated work. All questions and clarifications about the bid documents must be received by 5:00 PM March 7, 2019.
