Furnishing of all labor and material for the repair of Raywood Road in the Town of Blooming Grove. The Town of Blooming Grove reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waiver irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Town. The work to be done is the length and width of Raywood Road, starting from 20 feet south of the railroad tracks (that are located south of the roundabout), going south to the intersection with Moorland Road. Specifically to perform the following: Have two message boards placed on the road (one just to the north of the Moorland Road intersection, and one just south of the roundabout) for a minimum of five business days prior to the work commencing. letting drivers know the road will be closed within established parameters. Manage all on-site traffic control for the duration of the aforementioned work. Create a 2" deep milled butt joint, 50' long, where it meets up with the existing road at either end of the project. Include in the price one hour for profile milling. Mill three feet into all existing driveways; all millings removed from site. Clean and sweep street; and tack. Pave with 3" of asphalt pavement, specifically with 4 LT 58-28 H hot mix per the latest edition of Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WDOT) specifications, section 460.3.1. Materials and construction shall conform to the requirements of the latest edition of WDOT specifications, sections 450, 455 and 460. Using latex paint: paint a double-yellow center line, and two white fog lines along each side of the road such that a normal lane of traffic is properly marked. NOTE: provide a total cost for the work described in items 1 through 7 above. Construct a virgin crushed limestone shoulder with a 3' top at 4%. Backslope shall meet existing at a 4:1 slope. Provide a separate, total cost for this, but also provide a breakdown to include what you are charging by the ton.
