Site work for a water / sewer project in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This Project will Extend a 24-inch water transmission main from a dedicated pumping station at 18th and Kellogg Reservoir Site to the Zone 3 Kansas Reservoir, location south of the Hansen Park development. The exact alignment has yet to be determined. The City of Kennewick reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (Right-Of-Way Acquisition services) associated with this project. The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing Appraisals, Appraisal Reviews and or Administrative Offer Summary (AOS) and the possibility of Acquisitions for approximately 8,300 lineal feet of 20-foot wide permanent waterline easements and 10-foot wide temporary construction easements for water transmission main installation between the Zone 2 reservoir and the Zone 3 reservoir. The proposed improvements include installing approximately 10,825 lineal feet of 20-inch ductile iron water transmission main through existing City road right of way and across five (5) undeveloped privately owned parcels and approximately 1.5 miles of grading and installing a gravel access road across the same undeveloped privately owned parcels. The major features of the project are as follows: Approximately 8,300 lineal feet of 20-foot wide waterline easement and 10-foot wide temporary construction easement across five (5) undeveloped privately owned parcels. o Prepare Appraisal reports, either Appraisal (Narrative) or Admistrative Offer Summary (AOS) that meet all requirements, and final form must be acceptable to the WSDOT Local Agency Coordinator (LAC) for acquisition of property under Federal and State guidelines. o Provide Appraisal reviews for all appraisals and final form must be acceptable to the WSDOT Local Agency Coordinator (LAC) for acquisition of property under Federal and State guidelines. o Consultants will be required to be on the Approved Consultant List for WSDOT right-of-way services in order to be considered for this work.
