**As of April 18, 2019 Project has been awarded. Award amount is $878,595.92.** The City of Richland, Mississippi will receive competitive bids for construction of the 2019 Water System Improvements. Owner requires the Project to be completed in 180 calendar days.Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The project consists of installing approximately 2.5 miles of water main and 1,000 feet of 8' force main. The water main installation consists of a levee crossing and a 145' bore under CN Railway. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 16 - Instructions to Bidders - EJCDC. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
