The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 10,700 SF Remove Bituminous Pavement 4,400 LF Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 2,800 CY Common/Subgrade Excavation 2,200 CY Rock Excavation 5,000 TN Aggregate Base Class 5 1,100 TN Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix 1,100 TN Type SP 12.5 Non-Wear Course Mix 7,300 SF 4" - 6" Concrete Walk 3,500 LF Concrete Curb 1,000 LF 6" - 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 2,400 LF 15" - 36" RCP Storm Sewer 220 LF Storm/Sanitary Sewer Structures 1,400 LF 6" - 8" DIP Watermain 1,000 LBS Ductile Iron Fittings 200 LF 30" - 42" Steel Casing Pipe (Jacked) 3,000 LF Silt Fence and Bio-log 10,000 LF Pavement Striping 2,000 SY Sodding Type Lawn The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of St. Paul Park shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
