Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Hudson Housing Authority 667-1 - Window Replacement and Associated Work.This project is being electronically bid; hard copy bids will not be accepted. Work Included: 1. Removal of existing windows, including abatement of interior wall board joint compound containing asbestos. 2. Removal and legal disposal of demolished materials off site. Except those items specifically designated to be relocated, reused, or turned over to the Owner, all existing removed materials, items, trash and debris shall become property of the Demolition Sub-contractor and shall be completely removed from the site and legally disposed of at its expense. 3. Salvage value belongs to the Sub-contractor except as indicated herein. 4. On-site sale of materials is not permitted. 5. Demolition and removal work shall properly prepare for alteration work and new construction to be provided under the Contract. 6. Scheduling and sequencing operations without interruption to utilities serving occupied areas. a. If interruption is required, obtain written permission from the utility company and the Owner. b. Provide temporary services as necessary to serve occupied and usable facilities when permanent utilities must be interrupted, or schedule interruption when the least amount of inconvenience will result.
