Questions must be submitted on or before 3/26/2019 4:00 PM
The Bids must cover all costs for the completion of this project as set forth in the Project Manual. The Project will be bid with the following Contracts representing the work to be performed: 3) General Building Construction; 4) Electrical Construction; 5) Plumbing Construction and 6) Mechanical Construction.
West Lampeter Township Board of Supervisors will take action on the Bid at their regularly scheduled Meeting on Monday, April 8, 2019. All bids will remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of bid opening in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978. Bidders are advised that they must comply with All State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project. You are required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act No. 442 - Session of 1961) shall apply to this project, as defined within the Project Manual, since this contract is estimated to cost more than $25,000.00.
West Lampeter Township hereby reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, or informalities, in bids received, to reject any and/or all bids submitted and to accept any bid which it may deem to be in the best interests of the Township.
