Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waconia, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 12,000 SY Bituminous Street Reconstruction 6,000 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 8,000 SF Concrete Sidewalk & Pedestrian Ramps 2,000 SY Bituminous Trail Reconstruction 4,000 SF Modular Block Retaining Wall 1,300 LF 8-Inch Through 15-Inch PVC Sanitary Sewer 3,300 LF 6-Inch Through 10-Inch PVC Watermain 2,000 LF 12-Inch Through 18-Inch RCP Storm Sewer 100 LF Concrete Box Culvert Replacement Utility Support on Helical Piling together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. PLAN HOLDERS LIST, ADDENDUMS AND BID TABULATION: The plan holders list, addendums and bid tabulations will be available for download on-line BID SECURITY: A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Waconia shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
