Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waconia, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 5,000 SY of Pavement Reclamation 5,000 SY of Bituminous Paving in 2 Lifts 3,800 LF of Bituminous Curbing 2,400 SF of Concrete & Bituminous Driveway Restoration 750 LF of Draintile Installation together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is not a State Aid project and is not subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and other State Aid requirements. All work under the Contract must be complete by August 30, 2019. The plan holders list, addendums and bid tabulations will be available for download on-line. Any addendums may also be distributed by mail, fax or email. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of Waconia Township shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
