Work will be performed at the Aberdeen and Edgewood areas of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Work may include interior and exterior renovations to include electrical and lighting, heating and air conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression systems, fire intrusion alarms, communication systems, roofing, concrete, environmental remediation, and other related work. All work will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications, and drawings provided with each project. The total estimated value of this requirement will be a minimum guarantee of $2,500.00 but will not exceed $100 million for a base and four (4) option years. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% competitive 8(a) set aside in accordance with the authorities granted by the Small Business Administration and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19. The Government intends to award a maximum of five MATOCs on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. All inquiries must be submitted via email to the person(s) specified in the solicitation. Technical data required to respond to the solicitation will be provided with the solicitation.
