Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 10, 2019 the project is not yet awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the rehabilitation, installation, and/or adjustment of approximately 12,600 linear feet of 8-inch through 15-inch sewer mains by pipe bursting and associated improvements construction method for the 2019 Unspecified Pipe Bursting Contract, SAWS Job No. 18-4527. For questions regarding this solicitation, technical questions or additional information, please contact Jessica GoForth, Contract Administrator, in writing via email to: Jessica.GoForth@saws.org or by fax to (210) 233-4466 until 4:00 PM (CT) on March 14, 2019. Answers to the questions will be posted by 4:00 PM (CT) on March 18, 2019, as a separate document or included as part of an addendum. Please be advised that Bidders are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or City of San Antonio officials regarding this IFB up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price. Estimated Cost: $2,643,160.49
