Construction of Four Public Safety Communication Sites Located at: Memaloose: 43293 SE Hwy 224 Estacada, OR 97023 Oak Grove Butte: USFS Road 5710 off Hwy 224, Mt Hood Forest Whale Head: Sec 30 T5S Mt Hood Forest Tom Dick & Harry: 38E 00180, South of Government Camp Subcontractor Lists Due March 21, 2019 at 12:00 PM These projects each include but are not limited to: site preparation, fencing, constructing a communication tower foundation, erecting a C800 supplied Saber communications tower including installing antenna mounts, constructing a communication structure foundation and installing a C800 supplied Thermobond communication structure, installing a C800 supplied Kolher emergency generator, furnishing and installing a 1,000gal propane tank, furnishing and installing the electrical service, and a grounding system. The engineer's estimate for this project is between $375,000 and $450,000 each. There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference. This is a public work contract and thus subject to payment of prevailing wages per ORS 279C.800 to 870. All questions and comments regarding this solicitation shall be directed by email to John Hartsock at john.hartsock@c800.org The C800 Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, may reject for good cause any and all bids upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. and may waive any and all informalities.
