Construction of Four Public Safety Communication Sites Located at: Memaloose: 43293 SE Hwy 224 Estacada, OR 97023 Oak Grove Butte: USFS Road 5710 off Hwy 224, Mt Hood Forest Whale Head: Sec 30 T5S Mt Hood Forest Tom Dick & Harry: 38E 00180, South of Government Camp Subcontractor Lists Due March 21, 2019 at 12:00 PM These projects each include but are not limited to: site preparation, fencing, constructing a communication tower foundation, erecting a C800 supplied Saber communications tower including installing antenna mounts, constructing a communication structure foundation and installing a C800 supplied Thermobond communication structure, installing a C800 supplied Kolher emergency generator, furnishing and installing a 1,000gal propane tank, furnishing and installing the electrical service, and a grounding system. The engineer's estimate for this project is between $375,000 and $450,000 each. There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference. This is a public work contract and thus subject to payment of prevailing wages per ORS 279C.800 to 870.
