Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,600-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

All times are local Phoenix time The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified construction contractor to perform the project listed below. Construction of two new restroom buildings, two LED lit soccer fields, parking lot, hardscape, landscape, Irrigation system, utility connections, new ramadas, security lighting and offsite street improvements on 32nd Street. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 13% has been established for this project. The Engineer's Estimate is $3,295,624 to $4,027,985. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible responsive bidder or all bids will be rejected, as soon as practicable after the date of opening bids. The plan holder list is available for viewing within the project folder. Requests will only be honored if made within the first week of the advertising period. Please allow a minimum of seven calendar days for production.
