Site work for a mixed-use development in Meraux, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to deliver and install playground equipment. shade structure, pavilion, basketball court and site amenities required as per specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Contract Document.
