Site work and paving for a road / highway in Moorhead, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 04/10/2019 Contingent upon further review by MPS staff, as well as award of the bid by Moorhead Public Service Commission on April 16, 2019. The scope of the work for this specification is to provide MPS with repairs of bituminous and concrete excavation holes in the streets, and repairs ofboulevard and lawn excavation holes. This Contract will cover bituminous, concrete, and bituminous overlaid concrete repairs up to three hundred (300) square feet in size and lawn and boulevard repairs up to one-hundred (100) square yards in size. Repairs larger than stated above will be covered by separate quotes for the cost to repair the excavation holes. END DATE OF CONTRACT: This Contract requires the repair of street excavation holes through November 15, 2019, or until asphalt plants shutdown, whichever comes first. The repair of boulevard and lawn excavation holes shall be repaired through October 31, 2019. COMPLETION DATE: The Contractor shall receive the initial written list of required repair work after the Contract has been signed and all required bonds and certificates of insurance have been received by MPS. The repairs of the initial repair list must be completed by July 1, 2019. This initial list has approximately fifty (50) excavation holes to be repaired by July 1, 2019
