The City of Las Cruces requires general construction services for the new Fire Station No. 3 The new facility will be located on a 1.5 (+/-) acre parcel of land belonging to the City adjacent to the existing Fire Station No. 3 on 380 N. Valley Drive in Las Cruces, New Mexico. b. The Las Cruces Fire Department, the user department, worked with the Public Works - Engineering & Architecture Program in developing this project. c. The intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals for authorization of a single Contract for general construction services for the project. The City of Las Cruces has appropriated funds to undertake the construction of the new Fire Station No. 3 as part of the 2018 GO Bond Program. Addendum 1 and Addendum 2 available on BidNet Direct
