Rock Region Metro is requesting Sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors to execute the scope of work for a New Emergency Generator for Rock Region Metro, North Little Rock, Arkansas. Obtaining contract documents through any source other than Cromwell Architects Engineers or their representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Interested bidders who wish to receive email notifications of pre-bid conferences, addenda and other information should contact Cromwell Architects Engineers printshop@cromwell.com. All Bid Proposals must be submitted on an unaltered or modified copy of the Bid Forms provided in the project manual. Bidders may photocopy these forms. The entire manual does not need to be submitted with the bids. Faxed Bid Proposals, Phone Quotes and Email Quotes will not be accepted. A 5% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check is required. Bids must include the cost of Performance Bond and Payment Bond. Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors, and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities.
