**As of April 2, 2019, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Bids shall be submitted on the Itemized Proposal Form included in the contract documents and on Indiana Form 96, revised in 2013, provided separately. The bid documents shall also include a non-collusion affidavit, a certification of non-segregated facilities, and an equal employment opportunity form, all properly executed, signed, sealed and notarized (if indicated). Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified h k hi ' h k, b k Courier Public Notices y a b ,c check, cashier's check, bank treasurer's check or bank money order in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid submitted. Each bidder shall provide evidence of a drug testing policy as stated in the General Instructions to Bidders. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the expressed con- sent of the Vanderburgh County Commission for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the bid opening. The Contractor receiving the award will be required to furnish a performance bond, Indiana Form 86A revised in 1947, in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the award amount, which is to remain in effect for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the completed work. The Contractor will also be required to furnish a payment bond on this project. The Contractor shall list any subcontractors and the percentage of the contract to be performed by each subcontractor in the bid submittal. Construction and installation shall be in full accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, special provisions, and applicable sections of the current edition of the Indiana Department of Transportation Standard Specifications and any current Supplemental Specifications to the current edition Standard Specifications. The Vanderburgh County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all Bids and waive any informality in the bidding.
