Once an ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR is released for bidding, bidders may begin working on their response and uploading required documents without submitting their bid early. The NGEM system allows for bidders to save their work. Please make use of this capability in order to give your company enough time to review your response and upload any other documents on the day the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes so that you do not miss the cut-off time. Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be immediately posted online and available to the public for viewing. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there. This is a prevailing wage project. Provide labor and materials to install owner provided scoreboards at the William Peccole Park and Hixson Softball field. Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials required to install both scoreboards including boring foundation holes and concrete footings as outlined in the included structural steel drawings. Structural steel to be provided and installed under separate vendor contract however contractor will be required to coordinate the installation with the steel vendor. Contractor will be required to connect power and data to new scoreboards and coordinate final commissioning with the scoreboard provider. Power and data will be provided within twenty feet of new scoreboard locations. Contractor to remove and discard existing scoreboards and structures after new scoreboards are installed and commissioned. Liquidated Damages: 1% Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "March 18, 2019" and shall be fully complete by "April 26, 2019".
