Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bryan, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work for the project will include the following: Stripping and stockpiling topsoil from the grading area. Importing, placing, and grading fill. Cutting of a channel from the parking area to 4th Street. Spreading stockpiled topsoil and seeding and sodding of disturbed areas. Installation of new RCP storm sewer. Installation of new parking lot lighting, including relocating existing poles, providing new poles and concrete bases, and electrical conduit and wiring. Construction of a new concrete parking area including pavement markings. Construction of a new access gate island including provision of equipment, electrical and IT connections. Cleanup of site and removal of erosion control measures after establishing suitable ground cover. Close coordination will be required between the contractor, the Blinn College owner's representative, and the contractor for the adjacent 8004 building renovation. Contract Time- Start date- May 10, 2019 ; Completion Date- August 9, 2019, Liquidated Damages - Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents per day. Project Location:1366 Bryan Road, Bryan Texas 77807
