Cherryvale Park - Pond Retrofit Procurement Officer / Buyer Lisa Buckmaster Email Lisa.Buckmaster@pgparks.com M-NCPPC is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials and the performance of all work necessary to retrofit the existing pond embankment with a new clay trench and drainage control structure to serve as the principal spillway, to be known asthe Cherryvale Park Pond Retrofit. (Project). The Project is located at 10710 Green Ash Lane, Beltsville, MD 20705. The scope of work generally consists of draining the pond to access the area of work to remove the existing embankment to allow for the installation of a new clay-core trench and embankment, along with the installation of a new control structure and outfall and removal of woodlands in the nonwoody buffer. As part of the embankment replacement, a new riser structure with associated inflow and outflow drainage appurtenances will be installed. In addition to the dam construction and in conjunction with restoration of all disturbed areas, a trail shall be installed at the top of the dam after it has been approved for use.
