Estimated cost $15,000,000 to $16,000,000 The objective of the project is to seismically upgrade SEP 042-Primary Sedimentation Facility at Southeast Plant. The project also includes mechanical and electrical upgrades of SEP 042 as well as coating and repair work in SEP 540, SEP525 and SEP channels C, D, and E. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).
