Seminole County Community services is seeking a Florida Certified General Contractor or Certified Building Contractor to reconstruct a single-family residential home on private property. The home will be a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house containing 1,100 square feet of living area +/-100 square feet. The Scope above briefly describes the work to be performed for this project. The specific work is further detailed in the County's Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Standards (Exhibit E to the Draft Agreement) included in the bid documents.
