Site work for a water / sewer project in Novi, Michigan. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will retrofit the outlet control structures for the existing basins, repair and replace sections of separated pipe, dredge the eastern basin, stabilize the streambank, and clean out the ditch downstream. The project was identified and recommended in the 2014 Storm Water Master Plan to improve functionality, restore storm water storage capacity, and prevent blockage of flow. As of December 6, 2024, this project is currently in the City of Novi's FY 2023-2029 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed.
