Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 327,250-square-foot, two-story above grade, 250-space parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and parking garage.

Construction of a Transportation Centre in the East area of the Montreal Island at the corner of Souligny and Dickson streets. The new building will house 250 buses that will be initially hybrid-powered (diesel and electric) and ultimately electric-only. The building will have the facilities for operation and maintenance of these buses: storage, parking and circulation areas, site access, multifunction bays for bus maintenance, warehouses, mechanical and electrical rooms as well as administrative areas. The project aims for LEED v4 Gold certification. TIMELINE: The project classified by the Quebec authorities as "Project in conceptual design". Awarded joint venture of professional consulting firms have submitted to the owner the results of their preliminary studies. Currently the project and the preparation of a feasibility study and performance specification of the project have been put on hold pending required approvals. Further update in late 2023.
