Site work and paving for a civil project in Acworth, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Acworth is accepting sealed bids for 4510 Main St. Drainage Repairs, a SPLOST funded project. Construction activities include, but are not limited to; erosion control, installation and removal of storm drains, replacement of brick wall, traffic control, asphalt utility, asphalt parking overlay and cast-in-place concrete or pre-cast drainage boxes. Areas of work will include CSX right-of-way and awarded contractor will adhere to ALL CSX requirements including but not limited to; insurance requirements, flagging requirements, flagging scheduling etc. Note: ALL bidders are to include cost for CSX flagging with their bid. Awarded contractor is responsible for coordinating with CSX to schedule flagging. Contract duration is ninety (90) consecutive calendar days.
