Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dublin, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Base Contract will generally include the full-width mill and overlay of the three roadways (6,200 SY, 560 Ton) and the double application of microsurface of one roadway (2,000 SY). The Contract will also include 133 L.F. of concrete curb replacements, 844 S.F. concrete sidewalk replacements, 20 S.F. concrete driveway apron replacements, 30 L.F. of concrete cheek wall, 2 Ea. truncated dome inserts, the grade adjustment of 2 sanitary sewer manholes, 950 S.Y. pavement repair, 850 Gal. rubberized crack seal, 450 L.F. of pavement base underdrain, 20 L.F. 3" PVC pipe, 1 EA. 2' x 2' precast concrete M-type inlet and the placement/replacement of all pavement markings. Alternate/Add-On No. 1 will generally include the full width mill and overlay (2,000 SY/180 Ton) of Parkside Drive including 25 tons of leveling/scratch course. Alternate/Add-On No. 1 will reduce the Base contract by approximately 50 Gal. of rubberized crack seal and eliminate the 2,000 SY of double application microsurface. Alternate/Add-On No. 2 will generally include modifications to the Supplee Park trail including 10 SY of new bituminous trail, 6 SY of bituminous trail reconstruction, 10 LF of 10" HDPE and 2 EA of 10" HDPE flared-end sections. The project is subject to the terms of the Public Works Employment Verification Act (Act 127 of 2012). Completed and signed "Public Works Employment Verification Form" is required as a precondition to the award of the Contract and is to be submitted as part of the submission of the bid. This project is subject to the terms and conditions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry and, therefore, must be bid as such. All work and materials shall be in accordance with PennDOT Standards and Specifications. Questions must be submitted on or before 3/29/2019 4:00 PM Proposals must be accompanied by electronic copy of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount for the work detailed in Attachment 1.
