There is no anticipated pre-bid meeting or addendum associated with this re-bid. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of the existing coping stones along the perimeter of the rear courtyard patio, as well as waterproofing the perimter edge beneath with a suitable flashing membrane with proper termination and all related miscellaneous work at the Oxford Central School. Bids will be considered in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et.seq. and N.J.S.A. 18A:7G-1 et.seq. Bids will be received from a Contractor for one price for entire project, all trades, all-inclusive.
