Renovation of Clinical and Research Areas - Phase 3, AU Pavillon de médecine dentaire de l'Université Laval, must be completed in a single, comprehensive, continuous phase. The following general description is only a summary listing of key interventions. The detailed analysis of the tender documents will enable the tenderer to identify the real scope of the work. A) Preparatory work and temporary arrangements. Mobilization of the Contractor and constitution of the limit of works. Temporary partitions required to keep the site watertight, soundproof and safe compared to occupied areas if required. B) Temporary works Temporary works to ensure the uninterrupted services and use of the existing building during the work and all the work required for the site to proceed safely and in accordance with the Quebec Construction Code in force. C) Demolition work Demolition of the components identified in the architectural, mechanical, electrical and other plans and all the demolition work required for the completion of the construction work . Includes a portion of work in the presence of hazardous materials (asbestos and lead). D) Construction Redevelopment and work in 2 separate areas at Level 2 of the Medical Pavilion dental and all related work on the lower floors caused by these redevelopments and works. Mainly a complete redevelopment in the surgical sector area and renovation in the radiology sector. The project also includes all the work required as a result of these redevelopments to complete and complete the work described in the plans and specifications. E) Work in occupied areas Work in occupied areas to connect new facilities to existing facilities. Work areas in the Surgery Area and Radiology Room will be released to the Contractor for the duration of the Work at Level 2 only. All work outside and below these areas will be done in permanently occupied areas.
