Renovation of a municipal facility in Tamassee, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

No bidders, project has been changed and posted again SCOPE OF WORK Conference Center and Office- Approx. 6575 sq. ft. floor space Pressure wash entire roof surface. Repair two (2) rotten areas on the corners of front porch. Repair any membrane damage. All exposed seams and fasteners to be sealed with Butyl Backed Tape and ASTEC WPM #9. Spray entire area with new roof coating to meet the standards of ASTEC Re-Ply Roofing Systems. Provide owner with ten (10) year product warranty. Contractor to provide one (1) year labor warranty. SPECS Roof must be completely frost free, clean and dry before application of new product. Temperature must be above 45 degrees Fahrenheit before applying new product. Provide owner with ten (10) year product warranty. Contractor to provide one (1) year labor warranty. Contractor to provide a per square foot cost for any unforeseen damaged area. Miscellaneous All construction debris to be removed per Oconee County and SC DHEC regulations. Upon notice to proceed, contractor shall have 15 working days to proceed with project. Contractor shall have 10 working days to complete project. Contractor to be licensed and bonded. Contractor to provide Certificate of Liability and Workman's Comp information upon request. The Contractor agrees to comply with "The South Carolina Illegal Immigration Reform Act, 2008". By signing your offer, you certify that you will comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14 of the South Carolina Code of Laws and agree to provide to the State upon request any documentation required to establish either: (a) that Title 8, Chapter 14 is inapplicable to you and your subcontractors or sub-subcontractors; or (b) that you and your subcontractors or sub-subcontractors are in compliance with Title 8, Chapter 14. Pursuant to Section 8-14-60, "A person who knowingly makes or files any false, fictitious, or fraudulent document, statement, or report pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, must be fined within the discretion of the court or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both." You agree to include in any contracts with your subcontractors language requiring your subcontractors to (a) comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14, and (b) include in their contracts with the sub-subcontractors language requiring the sub-subcontractors to comply with the applicable requirements of Title 8, Chapter 14. [07-7B097-1] The Contractor must be able to provide proof of COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY insurance for the amount of ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000) with the SC Forestry Commission named as co-insured. The Contractor agrees to fully comply with SECTION 42-1-10, also known and cited as "The South Carolina Workers' Compensation Law". Contractor must provide at least 3 references for completed work in relation to job requested in Scope of Work.
