The Contract Documents, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Information to Bidders, Bid Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Bonds, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: Tioga County Department of Public Works 477 State Route 96 Owego, NY 13827. Contract Documents may be mailed (book rate) to prospective bidders upon request. A separate check of $15.00 (made payable to Tioga County) is required to cover postage. Contract Documents will not be mailed until payment is received by the County. Only those who have purchased Contract Documents will be provided addenda. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
