Renovation of a medical facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The project consists of the replacement of four (4) chillers located on the roof of Building 62 at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center campus. Mechanical contract work includes but is not limited to chilled water system; pumps; hydronic piping; HVAC systems and equipment; HVAC instrumentation and controls; HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing; building; automation system; mechanical connections to equipment, chillers, steel walkways, structural steel, equipment supports, and painting of steel; and selective demolition.
