Bidders or their authorized representatives are invited to be present. No bids will be received after specified time on the same day and date Bids, amendments to bids, or requests for withdrawal of bids, received after the time specified for bid opening shall not be considered for any cause whatsoever, except as required by law. Bids shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids and no bid shall be withdrawn for any reason during this period of time except as allowed per R.S.38:2214.C.
