Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and 50-room municipal facility.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an exterior refresh, mechanical upgrades and site work for 35 townhouses and 15 maisonette as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).
