The Village of Pinecrest is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms for construction of multiple facilities at Upper Garden located at Pinecrest Gardens, 11000 SW 57 Avenue, Pinecrest, Florida. The project involves the addition of playground restrooms, a petting zoo and a multi-use inspiration center to the Pinecrest Gardens Upper Garden area. The inspiration center contains a multi-use main hall, a general storage room, janitor's closet and restrooms. The petting zoo is comprised of three animal pod structures. Extensions beyond the dates listed in the Cover Page timeline will not be given. Awarded Bidder needs to be able to mobilize on January 25. Priority must be given to the playground, restroom building and small buildings in the petting zoo. Substantial completion for these structures is April 30, 2021. Bidder need to provide references of at least three (3) completed projects with similar scope and budget. The work involved with the project shall include, but may not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, superintendence and services necessary for the complete in place construction of the project. The Village of Pinecrest reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest, most responsive, responsible bidder, as determined by the Village Council, subject to the right of the Village to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in the bids or bidding procedure, and subject also to the right of the Village to award bid and contract to bidders other than the low bidder.
