This is an invitation to submit a bid for providing Maintenance Materials & Supplies to FCPS through a Catalog Contract. This bid includes parts and supplies for the following categories: a. General Maintenance includes carpentry, glazing, film, hardware, paint, roofing, signage materials, welding and other miscellaneous items b. Plumbing includes metal/plastic piping, pipe fittings, seals, gaskets, plumbing adhesives and lubricants, flush valve assemblies and parts, and other miscellaneous plumbing items c. HVAC includes heating, venting and air conditioning equipment, coil cleaning solvents, refrigerants, lubricants, refrigeration parts, energy management parts, steam and hot water boiler and parts, switches, sensors, thermostats, thermometers, pressure gauges, insulating material and other miscellaneous heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration parts. d. Electrical includes switches, wiring, ballasts, indoor/outdoor lighting fixtures, transformers, motors, electrical boxes, conduit and other miscellaneous electrical items. e. Fire Alarm/Sprinklers must be Notifier brands, pull stations and panels, audiovisuals, smoke detectors, sprinkler heads and other miscellaneous fire alarm and sprinkler items. f. Electronics includes P.A. systems, Scoreboards, Cable Bids may be returned by United States Postal Service, hand delivered or by any commercial carrier. It is the companys responsibility to ensure the bid arrives at the specified location by the date and time of the closing of bids. Bid should not be addressed to a specific person. E-mail, fax or telephone bids shall not be accepted. There are no exceptions. The FCPS Purchasing Office is closed and does not accept mail, commercial carriers or hand delivered bids on weekends and Holidays. Regular hours are 7:00AM to 3:30PM Eastern Time.
