Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in East Amherst, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The general construction contract includes replacement of classroom flooring, hazardous material abatement, concrete construction, wall construction and electrical preventive maintenance work. The site work contract includes asphalt paving and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks and curbs. The Bidding Requirements, Contract Forms, General Conditions, Specifications and Plans may be examined at the following locations: Trautman Associates, Architects & Engineers, 37 Franklin Street, Suite 100, Buffalo, New York 14202 Bidding documents will be delivered by UPS upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $15 payable by separate check. Make check payable to Trautman Associates. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidders are advised that the successful bidder must be a party to or have an acceptable affirmative action program and supply appropriate documentation for review.
