Site work and paving for a road / highway in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of Springfield is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of an emulsified maltene-based asphalt rejuvenating agent to bituminous asphaltic concrete surface courses. The rejuvenation of surface courses shall be by spray application of a cationic maltene-based rejuvenating agent emulsion shall be naphthenic non-hydro-tested base stock. The emulsion base shall be paraffin free and not involve a paraffin extraction method throughout the manufacture or reining process. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. The quantities indicated in this bid document are estimates that pertain to the total aggregate quantities that may be ordered incrementally at multiple times throughout the stated contract period. The estimates do not indicate single order amounts unless otherwise stated. The City of Springfield makes no guarantees about single order quantities or total aggregate order quantities. All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri, Sec 290.210 et seq., R.S. Mo., as amended by the Division of Labor Standards, State of Missouri and regulations promulgated by the Division of Labor.
