Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work shall include but not be limited to the following: Reconstruction of hardball backstop, line and outfield fencing including safety netting. Replacement of children's playground, swing set and safety surfacing. Asphalt pedestrian pathways and site furniture installation. The installation of a new parking lot, walkway and sport lighting system(s) including but not limited to four (4) walkway poles/luminaires, eight (8) sports lighting poles/luminaries and twelve (13) parking lot poles/luminaires with underground conduit installed with a directional auger. Several pole foundations to be excavated via hydrovac. Restoration
