Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Ash, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Building construction is for a new 11,000 sf multi-use building with space for Brunswick Senior Resources, Inc., EMS, and Sheriff. Sitework construct ion includes drives, parking lots, storm water improvements, utility connections, on-site septic system, and landscaping. Building construction consists of a structural steel frame, slab on grade, metal stud walls with brick and metal veneer , single ply membrane and metal roofing, full plumbing ,mechanical, and electrical. The foregoing description shall not be construed as a complete description of all work required. Detailed resumes of the project team and relevant project experience Minimum four client references from similar projects including telephone number and email contact information Description of the anticipated project approach including work plan, proposed meetings, schedule, scope of work, and approach to project budget control. There will be a selection review committee for this project and it is possible that a presentation may be required as part of the selection process. Brunswick County reserves the right to select the firm that best meets the needs of the county with regards to this project. *Addendum 1 has been released.
